Product Dashboard

Ultro ERP provides a unified Product Catalogue that supports all product types needed by manufacturing, consulting, EPC/construction, services businesses and distributors. Products in Ultro are classified so you can apply the correct workflows, costing, and inventory handling for each type.

Product types

  • Finished Goods — Items that are ready for sale or dispatch to customers. These usually have finished BOMs and inventory tracked as sellable stock.
  • Semi Finished Goods / WIP — Work-in-progress items that are part-way through manufacturing. These are tracked for consumption, work orders, and assembly processes.
  • Raw Materials — Basic materials and inputs that are consumed in production processes or used in assembly of finished goods.
  • General Items — Generic items that don't fall into other categories but are tracked in the catalogue (e.g., packaging, tooling).
  • Consumables — Low-value items that are consumed in normal operations (e.g., adhesives, cleaning supplies) and usually tracked differently for accounting.
  • Services — Non-physical offerings such as consulting time, installation, or maintenance services that can be sold and invoiced.
  • Non Valued Item — Items that are tracked for record only (no valuation on balance sheets). Useful for non-inventory references or informational items.

Product Variants

Product Variants let you model variations of the same product (for example, different sizes, colors, or technical configurations) without creating completely separate product records. Use Product Variants to manage SKU-level differences while keeping shared product information centralized.
