Non Valued Item

Non Valued Items are entries that are kept for informational or reference purposes and are not assigned a monetary valuation on your balance sheet. They are useful for items you want to track in the catalogue without affecting inventory valuation.

Typical uses:

  • Reference parts, templates or informational items.
  • Documentation-only entries where stock is not tracked for accounting purposes.

Working with Non Valued Items in Ultro ERP:

  • Go to Products → Non Valued Item to see the list of non-valued entries.
  • Add a new entry with Add New; complete the basic fields like name, code and any descriptive notes.
