Warehouse Dashboard

The Warehouse Dashboard in Ultro ERP provides a consolidated view of warehouse operations: incoming receipts, pending deliveries, stock movements, and critical alerts (low stock, pending approvals, FIFO/FEFO exceptions).

Key areas:

  • Inbound: Monitor expected receipts (PO/GRN), ASN status and pending quality inspections.
  • Outbound: Track pending delivery orders, pick/pack status and shipping exceptions.
  • Transfers: View internal transfers, inter‑warehouse requests and transfer status.
  • Inventory: See stock levels, reserved quantities, ageing, and stock valuation summaries.

Tips:

  • Use filters by warehouse / location to focus on a specific site.
  • Configure alerts for stock reorder thresholds to avoid stockouts.
