My Lead

This page describes the My Lead view in Ultro ERP, a personal workspace that lists leads assigned to you and provides quick actions for follow-up and conversion.

The My Lead view shows leads that are assigned to the current user — it provides a focused list for personal follow-up and quick actions.

What you see in My Lead

  • A list view of leads assigned to your user account (name, company, contact, status, priority, expected next action).
  • Quick filters for status and priority so you can focus on today's work.
  • Actions available from the list: call/email contact, change status, create task, convert to Opportunity, add notes.

Common tasks in My Lead

  1. Review your assigned leads
  • Open CRM → My Lead. Use the search and filters to show only leads you plan to work on today.
  • Click a row to open the lead form and see details, history, and activity notes.
  1. Update status and activity
  • Use the Status action to indicate progress (Contacted, Qualified, Follow-up scheduled, Disqualified).
  • Add an activity or task to schedule follow-ups and record calls or emails.
  1. Convert to Opportunity or create tasks
  • For qualified leads, use Convert to Opportunity on the lead form to create an Opportunity/Enquiry tied to the lead.
  • Create tasks or schedule field visits directly from the lead form.

Tips & best practices

  • Use saved filters (My Open Leads, Follow-up Today) to stay organized.
  • Keep contact notes concise and include next steps so teammates see the current status.
  • If leads require reassignment, use the Assigned To action to move them to the appropriate team or user.

Note: In Ultro ERP, the My Lead view is intended for personal ownership — it helps sales reps focus on their pipeline and follow-up work without sifting through the entire lead queue.
