Bulk Status Change

This page describes how to perform bulk status changes for leads in Ultro ERP, a useful action during large outreach or list clean-up activities.

Use the bulk status change action to quickly update the stage or status for multiple leads.

Steps:

  1. Go to CRM → Leads list view.
  2. Select multiple leads using the row checkboxes.
  3. Click the Status button (above the list) to open the bulk status dialog.
  4. Choose the new status (for example: Contacted, Qualified, Disqualified).
  5. Click Submit — the status for all selected leads will be updated.

Notes:

  • This action is helpful during mass outreach campaigns when many leads need the same status update.
  • Use filters to narrow down the list before performing the bulk update to avoid accidental changes.
