My Opportunities

This page describes the My Opportunities view in Ultro ERP — a focused workspace that lists opportunities assigned to you for tracking your pipeline and next steps.

The My Opportunities view lists opportunities assigned to you — a focused workspace for tracking your pipeline and next steps.

What you see in My Opportunities

  • A list or Kanban view of opportunities where you are the owner or assigned user (columns show stage, expected revenue, probability, and expected closing).
  • Quick filters and saved views (My Open Opportunities, This Quarter, High Priority).
  • Bulk actions and row-level actions: change stage, add activity, create quotation, add note, assign to another user.

Common tasks

  1. Review and prioritize
  • Open CRM → Opportunities → My Opportunities and switch between list and Kanban (pipeline) views.
  • Use filters to show opportunities for this month, high probability, or above a revenue threshold.
  1. Update stage and probability
  • Drag cards in the Kanban to move an opportunity between stages.
  • Update Probability (%) and Expected Revenue on the opportunity form to keep forecasts accurate.
  1. Create quotation or next actions
  • From an opportunity, create a quotation, add tasks, or link required products from the Product Requirements tab.
  • Attach meeting notes and schedule follow-ups using the activity/task actions.
  1. Collaboration & handoffs
  • Use the Team Details tab to add Pre-Sales and Account Management participants.
  • If you need to reassign, use Assigned To or change the Sales Person on the record; changes are recorded in history for auditing.

Tips

  • Keep the summary and expected closing date updated so forecasting stays accurate.
  • Use saved Kanban filters (e.g., My High Value) for daily prioritisation.
  • Use the Product Requirements table early for accurate quoting and BOM creation.
