Pipeline View (Kanban)
The Pipeline (Kanban) view visualizes opportunities by stage and helps sales teams manage movement through the sales process.
How it works
- Each column represents an opportunity stage (New, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost).
- Cards show key details: Opportunity No., Summary, Company, Expected Revenue, Probability, and Expected Closing Date.
- Drag a card from one column to another to update its stage.
Useful features
- Swimlanes / group by: Group by Sales Person, Sales Team, or Territory for team views.
- Quick edit: Edit probability or expected revenue inline on card popups.
- Filters: Apply filters for date ranges, value ranges, priority or source to focus the pipeline.
- Bulk operations: Select multiple cards to update stage or export selected opportunities.
Reporting & Forecasting
- The Pipeline view can be used with the Probability field to generate weighted forecasts (Probability % * Expected Revenue).
- Use saved filtered views for management reporting (e.g., This Quarter – High Priority) and to feed sales review meetings.
Tip: Keep stages well defined and consistent across teams so the pipeline reflects real progress and forecasting remains meaningful in Ultro ERP.
