My Material Requests
As a requester, use My Material Requests to create and monitor requests for materials required by your team. Typical steps:
- Create a draft material request listing required items, quantities and purpose.
- Submit the request for approvals — approvers will see the request in their pending approvals queue.
- Track the status (Pending Approval → Approved → Processed) and check the replenishment or transfer status.
Best practices:
- Provide clear justification and expected delivery dates to help approvers make timely decisions.
- Link cost centres or GL codes when required for accounting.
