Material Requests Pending Approvals

Approvers will see pending material requests in this view. Review requested items, delivery location, and justification. Actions available:

• Approve — moves the request to Approved so procurement/warehouse can act.
• Request Changes — send back to requester with comments.
• Reject — decline the request with reasons recorded.

Approvals are auditable and include timestamps and reviewer comments.
