My Tours

What is My Tours?

My Tours shows the tours assigned to the current user: today's scheduled visits, upcoming plans, and a history of completed tours with notes and dispositions. It is a one‑stop view for field staff to manage their route for the day.

Key features

  • Today's Schedule: A chronological list of visits you are expected to make today with party name, scheduled time, and distance from your current location.
  • Start/Stop Trip: Start your day from this screen and open a tour to begin check‑ins. When a visit is selected you can check in/check out, add notes, and log expenses if configured.
  • Visit details: For each visit you can view party contact details, past invoices, payments, the ledger, and add follow‑up tasks directly from the visit view.
  • Trip management: Reschedule visits, mark a visit as cancelled, or import a prepared trip plan into your My Tours list.
  • History & analytics: Review completed visits with disposition and checkout notes — useful for follow‑up and performance tracking.

Workflow example

  1. Open My Tours in the morning, review the day's list and route.
  2. Start the day (GPS tracking will activate if required).
  3. Tap on a visit to see party details and tap Check In when you arrive.
  4. After the meeting, tap Checkout, fill Disposition/Next Activity/Remarks, and move to the next visit.

My Tours is mobile-first and designed for quick on-the-road updates and minimal typing.
