My Trip / Beat Plans

My Trip / Beat Plans lists all beat plans where you are the assigned owner or participant.

What you will see

  • A list of beat plans filtered to plans assigned to you.
  • Plan details such as name, scheduled days, assigned team, and status.
  • Row actions for quick operations: View, Duplicate, Edit, and Export.

Common actions

  1. View a plan
  • Click a plan row to open the plan and view scheduled beats and assigned users.
  1. Duplicate a previous plan
  • Use the Duplicate action on a plan to create a copy for a new period (eg: next week). Update dates and make adjustments, then save to avoid re‑creating the plan from scratch.
  1. Edit or update
  • Edit the plan to change beats, reassign users or adjust schedule rules.

Tips

  • Use filters to show only active plans or to show plans for a specific territory.
  • Duplicate weekly plans to speed up scheduling for recurring routes.
