The Industries configuration lists industry sectors that you use to classify customers and opportunities (for example: Automotive, Electronics, Construction, Healthcare).

Common fields

  • Industry Name — Short label used on customer and opportunity records.
  • Description — Optional details to clarify classification.

How to use

  • Set an industry on a customer or opportunity to enable industry-level reporting and segmentation.
  • Use industries to filter lists and generate targeted reports or dashboards.
