Lead Sub Categories

Lead Sub Categories provide a second level of classification beneath Lead Categories to capture finer segments of your market and product lines. In Ultro ERP, Lead Sub Categories are surfaced on the Lead and Opportunity forms after creation to make it easy to classify records.

To add one, go to CRM → CRM Configurations → Lead Sub Categories and click New.
