Customers

Customers are the buyers of your products and services. Customer records in Ultro ERP capture billing/shipping addresses, default pricing/pricelists, payment terms, and credit controls.

Key fields and features

  • Customer name and code

Typical workflows

  1. Viewing customers
  • Go to Partners → Customers to browse existing customers.
  • Filter by customer group, territory or sales representative.
  • Click a row to open the customer record and inspect sales history, outstanding invoices and open orders.
  1. Creating a customer
  • Click Add New on the Customers page and supply required details: name, contacts, default pricelist, and payment terms.
  • Set customer-specific defaults like sales person, tax exemptions and shipping preferences.
  1. Sales & billing workflows
  • Use customers on quotations and sales orders — Ultro ERP will apply defaults from the customer record to the sales transaction.
  • Manage credit limits and payment terms to control risk and collections.
  • Track outstanding invoices, customer statements, and ageing reports for collections and finance reconciliation.
