Customers
Customers are the buyers of your products and services. Customer records in Ultro ERP capture billing/shipping addresses, default pricing/pricelists, payment terms, and credit controls.
Key fields and features
- Customer name and code
- Shipping & billing addresses

Typical workflows
- Viewing customers
- Go to Partners → Customers to browse existing customers.
- Filter by customer group, territory or sales representative.
- Click a row to open the customer record and inspect sales history, outstanding invoices and open orders.
- Creating a customer
- Click Add New on the Customers page and supply required details: name, contacts, default pricelist, and payment terms.
- Set customer-specific defaults like sales person, tax exemptions and shipping preferences.
- Sales & billing workflows
- Use customers on quotations and sales orders — Ultro ERP will apply defaults from the customer record to the sales transaction.
- Manage credit limits and payment terms to control risk and collections.
- Track outstanding invoices, customer statements, and ageing reports for collections and finance reconciliation.
