Direct QC

Direct QC allows operators to record quick quality checks without a full QC plan. It is useful for spot‑checks, troubleshooting or urgent inspections.

Use Direct QC when:

• An operator observes an issue during production and needs to record a check immediately.
• A rapid incoming inspection is required before a detailed QC plan is available.
