Manufacturing Order

Manufacturing Orders (MOs) represent the plan to convert raw materials into finished products. An MO contains BOM references, operations, quantities and planned dates.

Typical flow:

1. Create MO from a Production Request or directly for planned production.
2. Reserve material and schedule operations.
3. Execute operations and record completions on jobcards.
4. Close MO and update inventory with finished goods.
