  • Data sync errors — check background job logs and retries; confirm network connectivity.

  • Missing permissions — verify the user's role and permission sets for the action.

How to gather diagnostics

  • Browser console/network logs for UI issues
  • Server logs and job logs (timestamps and relevant job IDs)
  • Screenshots and exact error messages
  • A step-by-step reproduction flow

Reporting an issue
